I've been a busy baker today...
My first ever proper loaf! This was after its first rise.
Ready for the oven.
Whole meal country loaf, scones and melting shortbread.
Plus some lovely moist ginger cake.
I really love baking. Have you baked anything today?

Looks scrummy. I wonder how much is still left!
ReplyDeleteHa ha! There's loads left. The children were at a birthday party in the afternoon so weren't very hungry. I made them some chips for tea and they sampled the bread. They will try everything else at teatime today :)
